Under the provisions of rule-7 (2) and rule-46 of the Indian Electricity Rules, 1956, the Governor issued encroachment of the Notification No.-1435 P-3 / 98-24-47 P / 91, dated 29 June 1998, The following orders are given for charging for the under-trial and inspection and generally regulating the services of the Government Electrical Safety Directorate: -

Order for imposing fee for Uttar Pradesh trial and inspection, 2009

(See rule 7 and 46 of Indian Electricity Rules, 1956)

1- This order will be called Order of imposing fee for Uttar Pradesh testing and inspection and commencement of 2009.

2- This will be from the date of this notification.

Definitions: 2- The terms and expressions used in this order shall have the same meaning as those given in Indian Electricity Rules, 1956, except for the purpose of this order:

(A) Under the "Swamy", there is also a priest, place vehicle or vessel (Wassel) in which energy (energy) is generated or used or used to be produced,

(B) "Initial" means the first inspection by the inspection of any electrical installation or instrument or by the instruction of the instrument, for the period of six months or more before or after it is brought into use Regarding the re-assembly of the irregularities, the electrical safety should be done by the Directorate and under this it will be the first inspection test or inquiry which will be done in any current installation Is not necessary to make any expansion or changes; Except for inspection, testing or inquiry of any faulty installation under the instructions of the Electrical Safety Directorate, which has already been inspected by the said Directorate, will be done for the sole purpose of reforming;

(C) In the direction of inspection, testing or inquiry of any electrical installation or equipment, "periodical" shall mean the inspection or investigation done in pursuance of rule-46 of Indian Electricity Rules, 1956;

(D) In the direction of inspection, testing or posting of any electrical installation or equipment, "follow-up" shall mean the examination or examination, in relation to any installation or instrument, if found to be initial or any other During the inspection, the relevant requirements of Indian Electricity Rules, 1956 have been violated;

(E) Under the "Licensee", UPP Power Corporation Limited / Power Distribution Corporation Limited and a person will also be engaged in the business of generating energy by obtaining approval from the government under Section-14 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

Charges: 3- For the services of electrical safety directorate, for the time being, according to the Electricity Act, 2003 and Indian Electricity Rules, 1956, testing and inspection (which includes fixed periodic inspection) and generally the following conditions Subject to the fees and will be levied "according to the norms and the norms specified in the schedule."

1- In the case of any inspection, test or explanation referred to in "D" from the certificate "A", for any such second or subsequent inspection, test or inquiry, for such inspection or inquiry, for which the fixed duty Any payment made within the period of twelve months will not be charged until such kind of inspection, test or explanation is given on application form or Indian E In the pursuance of the Rule-46 of the Electricity Rules, 1956, it is not necessary to do so in the pursuit of the periodicity (pirudicity) prescribed by the State Government, or because of any extension or change in the installation, or in the opinion of the Directorate of Electrical Security, which Shall be recorded, due to violation of any provision of the Act or the rules made thereunder or by the licensee or owner, A written order of the Ministry of neglect to comply within the stipulated time or is not necessary due to lapse.

For follow-up inspection or testing of any installation, if it is necessary to do so due to errors in the initial or any other inspection, the fee will be equal to the prescribed fee under "A" to "D".

No charge shall be levied for any inspection, trial or procurement in respect of any inspection, test or explanation specified in "T" from "f", unless: -

(A) - (a) Do not make such inspection, examination or posting for a prayer letter, or periodical inspection under rule-46 of Indian Electricity Rules, 1956, or,

(2) - This solution of the Directorate of Electrical Safety should not be done, which will record the reasons for its solution that the inspection, examination or examination of the installation or equipment is not in accordance with the provisions of the Act or any rule made thereunder, and in that case , Charges for initial and subsequent inspection will be levied.

For follow-up inspection and testing, if it is necessary to do so as a result of errors in the initial or periodic inspection, the full fee prescribed in these norms relating to "D" from "D" to D

4.(1) - The fees payable under this order will be paid in advance in the Government Treasury under the following accounting heads:

(A) - Shishak - "0043-Electricity tax and fees, 102-Under the rules of Indian Electricity Rules" for the different rules from "D" and "Loan"

(B) - title- "0043-For the subject" loan "under" Electricity tax and fees, 103-cinema fees for electrical inspection "

(C) - title- "0043-Electricity tax and fee, 800-other receipts" subject to "D." for,

(2) The fees will be paid by the owner of the installation, except for the non-commercial departments of the state government, where otherwise arranged.

(3) If at the request of a consumer or custodian, any electrical extraction or equipment is visited for inspection, testing or testing and if the inspection officer does not find any installation or equipment on the pretext, the prescribed fee will be taken.
