PROVIDING AND RENEWING CONTRACTOR LICENSE, SUPERVISOR CERTIFICATES AND WIREMAN PERMITS

1- Under rule-45 of the Indian Electricity Rules, 1956, it is necessary that in the direct supervision of the person carrying the supervisor certificate by the licensed contractor from the state government, the respective wire work related to electrical installations, the wireman permit issued by the government To be edited by the person to do. After completing the work of the electrical installations by the licensed contractor, the test certificate and test certificate are issued by testing it.

1.2 License No. - 1135 / E.L. / xxiii / PB0- 94ELL / 58, dated 11th May, 1967 (Appendix 4.1) relating to the terms and fees to be granted license of "A" and "B" category of electricity contracting. . The Government Release Number-1138 / ELL / xxiii / PB0-135 / 67, dated May 29, 1967 (Appendix-4.2) relating to terms and conditions of 'C' category license grant. Persons interested in obtaining electrical contractual license can submit their application on the draft of the application form along with the said notification. The following papers will be required to be submitted along with the request letter: -

(A) Government Release No. 1135/E.L. /xxiii /PB-94 ELA /58, Given application format L A / application form / 18.

(B) Details of the staff, supervisor and wireman employed on prescribed form 'H' Government Release No. 1135 / E.L. / xxiii / PB0-94E 0 L / A / 58 Attach the approved letter stipulated by the supervisor and wireman, and by applying it with their countersigned (Appendix 4.1).

(C) Attach the details of test instruments, stock. Attach the original receipt of the purchase of test instruments with the request letter.

(D) With the approval of the license, the payment of the prescribed fee in the State Treasury should be attached with the original copy of the challan with the application form. The details of the fees payable are in Appendix 4.1 and 4.2.

1.3 - All fees related to the contractor license are to be paid in any government treasury of the state under the following accounting head and the copy of the challan is to be transmitted to the Directorate in the original form. The verification of the accounting title can be done from any office of the Directorate

1.4- In order to get the license, all the papers will be written to the respective zonal office for inspection on receipt of all the papers in Headquarter Lucknow and the information will be given to the applicant. All test equipment, stock and staff will be verified at the applicant's shop on the date of inspection by the concerned zonal office. At the prescribed date and time, it is necessary that the applicant is present at his shop and keep all information available for inspection. Upon getting the conditions of granting licenses at the time of inspection, the inspection report by the Assistant Director will be sent to Headquarters with its recommendation.

1.5- The licensing will be done after testing the inspection report from the zonal office.

1.6 - All licenses are valid till March 31 and the license is renewed every year for the period of 01 April to 31 March. Annual maintenance fee and annual renewal fee for renewal of license is payable. The annual copy of the annual inspection fee should be obtained by the Director, Electricity Security, of the Treasury invoice, till 30 September every year, otherwise the Treasury invoice should be received by November 15, with the prescribed delay fee in Appendix 4.1 and 4.2.

1.7 - For renewal of renewal, renewal fee of Appendix 4.1 and 4.2 should be paid in the official treasury by obtaining the copy of the Treasury invoice and license renewal for each year by the Director, in the office of Electrical Security, till March 11 otherwise the delayed fee With the original Treasury invoice and license should be received till 30 April.

1.8- Annual inspection will be done after receiving the Treasury invoice of the inspection fee within the prescribed time, prior to which the information will be given to the contractor by the respective zonal office on time.

1.9- On receipt of the renewal terms during the annual inspection and the renewal fee will be renewed in the prescribed time, the licenses will be renewed on receipt of licensed copy of Treasury invoice and license.

2. The official release number -1313 ELL / 657-XII-PB0-94EEL / 58, dated June 8, 1967, regarding Appendix 4.3, regarding the conditions for the provision of electrical supervisor certificates and wireman permits is on Appendix 4.3. In this release, the terms of the National Supervisor Certificate and Wireman Permits being granted and their renewal terms are given in detail.

2.1- The person who wishes to obtain National Supervisor Certificate, Supervisor Certificate and Wireman permit should ensure that they have the prescribed qualifications and experience. The application for obtaining the certificate / permit is attached with Appendix 4.3. (The following documents should be attached with the application form (Form) - Form 3 (Form- 'D'): -

(A) Attach the copy of the original copy of the treasury challan by paying the prescribed fee in any government treasury of Uttar Pradesh.

(B) Attested copies of certificates required for certification in your qualification and work experience and date of birth confirmation. It will be necessary that after submitting the original copy of the certificates in any office of the Electrical Safety Directorate, after verifying the copy of the copy, the request letter to the Headquarters, Lucknow, otherwise the original certificates should be attached to return the original certificates Please attach an envelope written to your address along with the request letter, on which the registered post by Banjo Area required stamps to match even began.

(C) Attach two shadow images of your latest passport size: Authenticate on the front side and the second shadow picture on the shadow picture with your service or gazetted officer. Attach two signatures of your sample on a plain paper, which should be certified by your service provider or gazetted officer.

2.2- The application will be tested on receipt of prescribed certificates and Treasury invoices, and if the conditions are met, the status certificate / permit will be granted. Each certificate and permit is valid for a period of five years. Prior to the end of the five year period, the said certificate / permit will be required to be transmitted with the following documents for renewal. It is not possible to renew the certificates / permits not renewed for renewal within one year of validity: -

(A) Papers filed with Appendix 4.3, APPLICATION / Form-3 (Form-D).

(B) Ensure the original renewal charge whose details are on Appendix 4.3, in the official treasury, attach the original copy of the invoice.

(C) Attach the experience certificate of the places where work is done during the validity period of certificate / permit in the original form.

(D) Attach two documents of your latest passport size, on the front side of a shadow picture and on the other shadow picture, be certified back to your service or gazetted officer.

(E) Attach two signatures of your sample on a plain paper, which should be certified by your employer or gazetted officer.

2.3 - The prescribed application form for renewal of certificate / permit and the receipt of the required papers will be tested and certificates / permits will be renewed for the next five years if found in the renewal conditions.
